What does that mean? Jiu Jitsu is our core program at the academy. But we recognize that to complete out your overall game and self defense martial arts capabilities, you're going to need a bit of help. Help in the form of other 'complementary' martial arts masters in Judo, Muay Thai, wrestling to name a few. But it's not just about martial arts. We also help you round out your game with well being disciplines like Yoga, Natura Gymnastica and meditation. Wait there's more? We also have on premises, various specialty wellness/recovery services like RMT, massage and physiotherapy, as required.
All the above services are what we like to call 'Add Ons'. This means, you can add them to your account via a separate purchase.
